TTP Lands for Sale
The following lands are being offered for sale by tender. All tenders must be submitted on the approved tender for with all information filled and received in the office by 4:00 pm December 15, 2023. Tenders will be opened at 9:00 am on December 19, 2023 and successful bidders shall be notified.
Highest tender or any may not necessarily be accepted. A serviced lot will require the purchaser to install a water shut off valve on the property line at their expense, the cost shall be considered part of the tender. More information on individual parcels is available from the office. The state of any improvements is unknown to staff and it is the purchasers responsibility to inspect properties before tendering.

Office Closure October 27, 2023
The office will be closed for Friday October 27 and will reopen at 8:30 Monday October 30.
Items can be dropped in the drop slot to the right of the door.
November Regular Meeting Notice
The November Regular Meeting date has changed to Wednesday November 15, 2023 starting at 9:00 am at the Municipal Office in Arran.
